ORDER PER BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M. This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-11, New Delhi, Dated 13.09.2019, for the A.Y. 2011-2012.
None appeared on behalf of the Assessee. However, assessee filed letter Dated 15.03.2021 seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue have been settled under VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME,
2 ITA.No.8657/Del./2019 Ms. Milloni Sarin, Gurgaon. 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued by the Department. She has, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above, appeal of the Assessee dismissed as withdrawn.
