This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax [Appeals] -2, New Delhi dated 30.03.2019 pertaining to Assessment Year 2016-17.

Before us, the ld. counsel for the assessee submitted an application dated NIL requesting for withdrawal of appeal. It has been stated that the quarrel has been settled under the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and the appellant is in receipt of Form No. 3.
