Per A.T.Varkey, JM This appeal of assessee is against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Shillong dated 07.11.2017 for AY 2013-14 2. None appeared on behalf of the assessee at the time of hearing before us. However, we note that an application for withdrawal dated 06.05.2019 written by Shri H. Saha, Managing Director of assessee is placed on file. Since Ld. DR has got no objection for withdrawal of this appeal, we dismiss the same as withdrawn. 3. In the result, the appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
