This appeal filed by the assessee is emanating out of the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions) – Pune dated 20.12.2017 passed u/s 12AA(1)(b)(i) of the Income Tax Act.

On the date of hearing, assessee filed a letter dt.17.10.2019 wherein he submitted that he does not wish to press the appeal and requested to withdraw the appeal. Revenue has no objection in assessee’s withdrawing the appeal.

We have heard the Ld. D.R. and perused the material on record. In view of the request of the assessee to withdraw the appeal, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
