Date of hearing : 27.07.2022 Date of Pronouncement : 27.07.2022 O R D E R This appeal by the assessee is against the order dated 08.11.2021 of the CIT(Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi relating to assessment year 2017-18.
The only issue in this appeal is regarding denial of exemption u/s. 11 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 [the Act].
During the course of hearing of this appeal, the ld. counsel for the assessee prayed for withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee. Accordingly, the same is accepted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
