This appeal by the Assessee is directed against the order dated 28.06.2019 of the Ld. CIT(A)-44, New Delhi, relating to the A.Y. 2014-15.
The assessee filed an application dated 10.12.2021 seeking permission for withdrawal of the appeal
2 ITA.No.7546/Del./2019 Win Medicare Private Limited, New Delhi. on the ground that assessee has opted for VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and filed Form Nos.3 and 4.
However, none appeared on behalf of the Assessee at the time of virtual hearing.
In view of the same and in absence of any objection from the side of the Ld. D.R, the request of the assessee seeking for withdrawal of the appeal is allowed.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn
Order pronounced in the open court at the time of virtual hearing itself i.e., on 24.12.2021.
