This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the CIT(A)-42, New Delhi dated 27.08.2018 pertaining to A.Y. 2015-16.

At the very outset, the counsel for the assessee moved an application dated 06.12.2021 praying for the withdrawal of the appeal.
