The present appeal by the assessee emanates from the appellate order dated 16.12.2024 as passed by the Learned Commissioner of Income-tax, Appeal/ADDL/JCIT(A)-2, Coimbatore [hereinafter referred to as “CIT(A)”] pertaining to the intimation order passed by the CPC u/s.
143(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 [hereinafter referred to as “Act”]

In various grounds of appeal, the assessee has agitated dismissal of its appeal by the ld.CIT(A) w.r.t. certain adjustments made to the returned income in the intimation order u/s 143(1) by CPC on account of non-reporting of ICDS impact by the auditor in the Tax Audit Report. 3. Before us, the ld.Authorised Representative at the very outset made a request for withdrawal of the appeal as its grounds of appeal have already been rectified by the ld.Assessing Officer in a subsequent rectification order passed u/s 154 of the Act. Therefore, the assessee is no more aggrieved. 4. After due consideration, the above request is admitted. Consequently, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and treated as dismissed.
