The matter was remanded back to the Assessing Officer to pass a fresh speaking order in accordance with law. This fresh order is to be passed after providing the petitioner an opportunity of hearing and after taking into consideration the petitioner's objections to the show-cause notice. The Assessing Officer was directed to pass the fresh order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
