Income Tax Appeal No.88/2003 10.01.2014 Shri R.L. Jain, learned Senior Counsel with Ms. Veena Mandlik, learned counsel for the appellant very fairly state that the question involved in this appeal has already been decided against the appellant – revenue in Income Tax Appeal No.47/2000 (The Commissioner of Income Tax, Indore v. Late Shri Jagdish Chand Agrawal) vide order dated 02.12.2004. In view of the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the order dated 02.12.2004 passed in ITA No.47/2000, this appeal also stands dismissed.
