We are not inclined to issue notice in this appeal preferred by the Revenue in view of the decision of the Delhi High Court in Pepsi Food Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax & Anr. (2015) 376 ITR 87 (Delhi). The impugned order records that connected appeals raising the same issue had already been heard by the Tribunal and the order is awaited.

The appeal is dismissed.
