For assessment year 2001-02 the revenue had also filed an appeal which is numbered as ITA 473/2006 (arising out of ITA No.5511/Del/04 before the Tribunal). All the questions sought to be raised in the present appeal were also sought to be raised in ITA 473/2006. However, none of those questions were framed in ITA 473/2006 which has been admitted by virtue of the order dated 31.3.2006. The solitary question framed in ITA 473/2006 does not arise for consideration in the present appeal.
