COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX DELHI I vs. LAXMI BAI FOUNDATION

This appeal is preferred against the order dated 12.10.2007 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal which is a consolidated order in respect of the present assessee as well as other organizations including Nav Manav Sansthan. The appeal in respect of the said organization, i.e, Nav Manav Sansthan had come up before this Court on 06.08.2008 and was numbered as ITA No.?879/2008. The same has been dismissed by this Court.
