The present appeal by the revenue is directed against the Tribunal?s order dated 28.03.2007 in respect of the assessment year 2003-2004 The Tribunal has placed reliance on its order in respect of the very same assessee in respect of the assessment year 2000-2001. An appeal had also been preferred by the revenue against the said order in respect of the assessment year 2000-2001, which was numbered as ITA No. 1740/2006.
