CIT LARGE TAX PAYERS UNIT vs. C & S ELECTRIC LTD

That apart, we are informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that on remand, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has again passed the order deleting the additions made by the Assessing Officer in quantum proceedings and against that order, no appeal is filed.
