ITO in ITA No.662/2009 (decided on 19.09.2009), which is followed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal also in the impugned order. Leaned counsel for the appellant, however, states that the judgment needs reconsideration. We are not persuaded by this submission of the learned counsel. This appeal is accordingly dismissed. . A.K.
