The ITAT has followed its own orders in respect of this very assessee pertaining to assessment years 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06. Against that order, the Revenue has come up in appeal in ITA 1416/2009 which was dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 11th January, 2010. SLP against those orders have also been dismissed.
