In this appeal, the impugned common judgment was rendered by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in respect of the assessee in two assessment years, viz., Assessment Years 2002-03 and 2003-04. The issue involved is identical. The appeal in respect of Assessment Year 2002-03 has been dismissed in ITA No.484/2010 by this Court vide orders dated 19.04.2010.
