The order dated 27.02.2008 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in respect of the assessment year 2004-2005 is impugned in this appeal. The Tribunal decided in favour of the assessee and against the revenue following the decision of this Court in the case of CIT v. Woodward Governor India Private Limited: 294 ITR 451.
