This appeal pertains to the assessment year 2001-02 and is directed against the Tribunal?s order dated 5.3.2008. The issue is entirely covered by the decision of this Court in the case of CIT vs Vikramaditya and Associates (P) Ltd: 287 ITR 268. The Tribunal has followed the said decision and held in favour of the assessee and against the Revenue. The Tribunal?s decision, therefore, cannot be faulted.
