The order dated 28.03.2008 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in respect of the assessment year 2002-2003 is impugned in this appeal. The Tribunal decided in favour of the assessee and against the revenue following the decision of this Court in the case of CIT v. Woodward Governor India Private Limited: 294 ITR 451.
