The revenue has filed this appeal against the order dated 11.01.2008 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA?892/Del/2007 pertaining to the assessment year 2003-2004 In the impugned order passed the Tribunal has placed reliance on the case of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Azad Pur. The appeal which was preferred by the revenue from the decision of the Tribunal in the case of APMC, Azad Pur was numbered as ITA?965/2006. This Court, by an order dated 28.02.2007, has dismissed that appeal on the ground that no substantial question of law arose for consideration.
