At the outset, the Ld. DR brought to the attention of the Bench that the assessee vide its application filed on 27.05.2026 has requested for withdrawal of the appeal as the present appeal was inadvertently filed in duplicate and the Department has no objection in case the appeal is withdrawn.

In view of the above request of the assessee, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
