The assessee has filed appeal against the order of the Learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption), Delhi [“Ld. CIT(E)”, for short] dated 05.03.2026 under section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (for short ‘the Act’).
At the time of hearing, ld. AR of the assessee submitted that inadvertently two appeals were filed against the impugned order dated 05.03.2026 and 2 in this regard, ld. AR requested to withdraw the present appeal being ITA No.4282/Del/2026 which was filed inadvertently.
In view of the above, we permit withdrawal of the appeal. Hence, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on this 23rd day of
