What did the Tribunal hold?

What were the facts?
The assessee trust applied for registration under Section 12AB of the Income Tax Act. The CIT(E) rejected the application citing incomplete form 10AB, non-genuineness of activities, and lack of registration under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 (RPT Act). Subsequently, the trust obtained registration under the RPT Act.
What were the issues?
Whether the rejection of registration under Section 12AB was justified solely on the ground of non-registration under the RPT Act, when such registration was subsequently obtained.
