BALAGANESH, AM: This appeal has been preferred by the assessee against the order dt 20.08.2025 passed by the learned Commissioner of Income Tax, National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC) Delhi for Assessment Year 2016-17. 2. At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Assessee has filed an application dated 29.07.2026 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal on the ground that the appeal had 2 798/Asr/2025 inadvertently been filed twice. It has, therefore, been prayed that the present appeal be permitted to be withdrawn.
