This appeal preferred by the assessee is against the order of the learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi(hereinafter referred to as the “ld.CIT(A)”], dated 10.09.2025 for Assessment Year (AY) 2013-14. 2. The appeal has been filed by the revenue with a delay of 47 days. The assessee has filed petition for condonation of delay along with affidavit and explained the reasons for the delay.
