This appeal is filed by the Assessee against the order of Ld. NFAC, Delhi, vide DIN: ITBA/NFAC/s/250/2024-25/1074772905(1) dated 20- Mar-2025 for the Assessment Year 2017-18. The Assessee has raised the following grounds of appeal:
1) The Ld NFAC erred in confirming addition of Rs 36,80,000 cash deposited in HDFC bank as unaccounted cash
2) The Ld NFAC erred in holding that submissions is not tenable.
