These appeals concern Assessment Years (AYs) 2009-10 (ITA 203/2023) and 2011-12 (ITA 204/2023). 6. We are informed by Mr Ajay Vohra, who appears on behalf of the appellant, that the respondent/revenue has also filed appeals for AYs 2007- 08 and 2008-09, which are numbered as ITA 09/2020 and ITA 24/2020. 7. Issue notice. 7.1 Ms Dacchita Shahi accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/revenue. 8. List the above-captioned appeals on 07.08.2023. 9.
