This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the CIT(A),
Kottayam dated 18/04/2018 and pertains to the assessment year 2012-13.
At the time of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the assessee nor any
adjournment application was filed before the Tribunal. However, the Ld. AR filed
a withdrawal application dated 19/01/2019 stating that the assessee is not
interested in pursuing the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
