The instant appeal filed by the assessee is against the order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-9, Ahmedabad arising out of the order dated 28.01.2014 for the Assessment Year 2011-12 passed by the ITO, Ward-8(4) now Ward-4(1)(4), Ahmedabad under section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Act’).
This matter was fixed for hearing on 13.12.2018. At the outset, learned counsel for the assessee moved an application for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. The ld. DR for the revenue has no objection.

In the light of the above written submission made by the ld. Counsel for the assessee the appeal of the assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
