The ld.counsel for the assessee filed a letter dated 15.2.2019 stating that he has instruction from the assessee-company to withdraw the appeal filed before the Tribunal. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the same. In view of the prayer of the ld.counsel for the assessee, we dismiss appeal of the assesses as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Court on 19th February, 2019.
