Both these appeals are filed by the above assessees against the orders passed by the ld. CIT(A)-II, Indore on 16.11.2018 & 24.12.2018, respectively.
2 Withdrawal Jayesh Jain & Smt. Neelam Jain
Vide written requests for withdrawal of the appeals on record, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted that the assessees do not want to pursue these appeals as they intend to apply for compounding in the matters and therefore, the withdrawal applications to this effect have been filed.
Ld. Sr. DR did not oppose the above request.
In view of the above, the present appeals filed by the assessees are dismissed as withdrawn.
Order was pronounced in the open Court on 16.12.2019.
