GANESAN, JM: When the appeal is taken up for hearing, Shri Sanjay Mishra, Learned counsel for the assessee very fairly submitted that while passing reassessment order, the Assessing Officer gave substantial relief therefore, the assessee is satisfied with the reassessment order. Accordingly, he prayed that the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn. The Learned Departmental Representative has no objection to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
