This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 12.12.2017 of the ld. CIT(A), Jaipur for the assessment year 2014-15.

At the time of hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has stated at bar that the assessee does not want to pursue the present appeal and requested to withdraw the same. The ld. AR has also filed a letter dated 05.04.2019 whereby it is prayed that withdrawal of the M/s Pinaki Developers vs. ITO appeal may be accepted and the appeal be treated as withdrawn. The ld. DR has raised no objection if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, in view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the assessee as well as letter dated 05.04.2019 the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
