This is assessee’s appeal directed against order of ld.Pr.CIT- (Exemption), Ahmedabad dated 2.9.2017 passed under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Assessee has filed a letter dated 15.2.2019 stating that they do not want to prosecute the present appeal before the Tribunal and therefore seeks withdrawal of the same. In view of the prayer of the ld.counsel for the assessee, we dismiss appeal of the assesses as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Court on 22nd August, 2019.
