This appeal filed by the assessee is preferred against the order of the CIT(A)-22, New Delhi dated 05.04.2017 for A.Y.2005-06.

Before us the counsel moved an application for the withdrawal of the appeal as the quarrel has been settled under the VSV Scheme.

Noting the contents of the application the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
