This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 13-02-2018 of the Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals)-Allahabad for the AY.2012-13.

At the time of hearing through video conference the Ld.AR of the assessee has stated at Bar that assessee does not want to pursue this appeal and the same may be allowed to be withdrawn. He has also referred the application dt. 10/11/2020 filed through e-mail. Learned DR has raised no objection if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. According in view of the request of the assessee the present appeal is dismissed being withdrawn.
