This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dt. 24/05/2019 of CIT(E), Chandigarh.
During the course of hearing the Ld. Counsel for the Assessee submitted that he has the instruction to withdraw this appeal. An application dt.
24/01/2020 was also filed in this regard which is placed on record.
Ld. CIT(DR) did not object if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeal of the Assessee is dismissed.
