These appeals are heard through video conference with the consent of both the parties. These appeals by the assessees are directed against the separate orders of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Rajamahendravaram, each dated 31/10/2019 for the Assessment Years 2013-14 & 2014-15.
By filing applications dated 08/06/2020, ld.AR seeks withdrawal of the appeals. Ld.DR has no objection for withdrawal of the same. In view of the applications filed and submissions made by the ld.AR, the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. Order Pronounced in open Court on this 17th day of June, 2020.
