The captioned appeal has been filed at the instance of the Revenue against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-23, New Delhi (‘CIT(A)’ in short), dated 31.08.2018 concerning AY 2014-15.
The Learned Counsel for the assessee stated that the assessee is not interested to pursuing the appeal and seeks withdrawal.
In view of the written and oral requests noted above the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
