This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the order of the Ld. CIT(A)-XXVI, New Delhi, dated 22.12.2017 relating to the A.Y. 2013-2014.
During the course of hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Assessee filed letter dated 15.06.2022

We, therefore, dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn.
