This appeal is filed by the assessee for assessment year 2009-10 against the order of the ld. CIT (Appeals)-23, New Delhi, dated 31.10.2017.
At the time of hearing the assessee submitted an application for permission of withdrawal of the appeal.
The ld. DR has no objection.
After hearing both the parties, permission is granted for withdrawal of the impugned appeal and the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
