This appeal by the Assessee is directed against the order of Ld. Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals)-3, Surat dated 27.06.2017 for the assessment year 2009-10.
When the appeal was called for hearing, the ld.Authorised Representative(AR) of the assessee present before us submitted an application requesting to give permission for withdrawal of appeal for the assessment year under consideration.

On the other hand, The ld. Sr. DR has not raised any objection for withdrawal of appeal.
Accordingly, in terms of his prayer, request for withdrawal of appeal is allowed, consequently, appeal is treated as dismissed.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
