Hearing of the appeal was concluded through video conference in view of the prevailing situation of Covid-19 pandemic.

The ld. Counsel for the assessee furnished application for withdrawal of this appeal. The contention made in the said application reads as under:- Smt. Javitri Agarwal vs. ITO “I have opted Vivad se Vishwas Scheme in my case for the AY 2014-15. As the Form-1 and 2 approved by the Pr. CIT-1, Jaipur and has given the certificate in form-3. Now we have to submit the form-4 attaching the proof of withdrawal the case from ITAT, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur. The requisite details are as under: Name of the Assessee : Javitri Agarwal PAN : ABHPA3747J A.Y. : 2014-15 Appeal reference No./Acknowledgment No. : Appeal No. 120/JPR/2020 Details for the order appealed against Date of order : 07.01.2020 Income-tax Authority passing the order appealed against : CIT(A)-1, Jaipur Section and sub-section under which the original order is passed : U/s 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Therefore, in view of the fact that the assessee has already approached the department to settle the matter under “Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme”, we permit the assessee to withdraw this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
