This appeal filed by the assessee is preferred against the order of the CIT(A)-26, New Delhi dated 10.06.2019 for A.Y.2016-17.

Before us the counsel moved an application dated 07.07.2022 for the withdrawal of the appeal as the quarrel has been settled under the VSV Scheme.

Noting the contents of the application the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
