The assessee has filed the present appeal against the order of ld. CIT Exemption, Jaipur dated 28.09.2020 for the assessment year 2020- 21.
At the time of hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has stated at Bar that the assessee vide his letter dated 30-03-2021 does not want to pursue this appeal and, therefore, requested to permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal.
