The assessee has filed the appeal against order dated 07.08.2020 of Ld. CIT(A)-23, New Delhi whereby the appeal of the assessee was dismissed.
As a matter was called for hearing on 21.07.2022, Ld. Counsel for the assessee stated at Bar that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal and endorsement in that regard was also made by him on the Form 36.
