The appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 15.02.2019 of the Ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- 16, New Delhi pertaining to the assessment year 2012-13.
The Ld. AR for the assessee, vide letter dated 24.08.2022 has requested for withdrawal of the appeal in view of disputed amount being small and to save the time of Hon’ble Tribunal.
