This appeal preferred by the assessee emanates from the order of the Ld. Pr.CIT-2, Aurangabad, dated 28.03.2019, for the assessment year 2013- 14.

The assessee filed a letter dt.06.02.2020 wherein he submitted that he does not want to press the appeal and requested to withdraw the appeal. Revenue has no objection in assessee’s withdrawing the appeal.

We have heard the Ld.D.R. and perused the material on record. In view of the request of assessee to withdraw the appeal, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of assessee is dismissed.
